Annual Subway Sand Sculpture Competition
The 31st Annual Subway Sand Sculpture Competition is being - held once again at New River Beach on August 13th! For many years this fantastic local event has provided a great day for kids of all ages as well as funding for local animal shelters and food for local food banks! Barnhill Memorial School presents Treasure Island! This musical will be taking place Wednesday, May 1st and Thursday, May 2nd. The performance starts at 7:00 p.m. with the doors opening at 6:30 p.m. Tickets can be purchased at the school in the office. The prices are as follows : Adults - $7 and Children 15 and under - $3.

The Household Hazardous Waste Mobile Unit will be traveling to the RSC8 Transfer Station in Sussex (54 McLeod Drive) on Saturday, May 11th from 8:30 am - 12:30 pm.
