Quispamsis Lions Breakfast will take place Sat, Aug 3rd from 8am-11am 9 Market Street, Quispamsis behind the Food Land Store. Breakfast includes scramble eggs, pancakes, bacon, sausages, toast, home fries, coffee, tea and assorted juices. $8 per person. Proceeds to support the local community projects.

Cardiac Rehab Walk of Life
Walk to the beat of your own drummer, while drumming up support for heart health in our community! The 19th Annual Cardiac Rehab Walk of Life is happening on Harbour Passage on Saturday, September 7th. Entertainment, refreshments and prizes for all who take part between 8:30 am and 1 pm.
