Since 2022, Just Us has been working to break down barriers to mental health care.
Our counselling programs include three free one-hour sessions, with the option to continue for just $20 per session.
This model ensures that no one is turned away because of cost.
But to sustain this work, we rely on the generosity of donors, community partners and events like A Sweet Night for Mental Health.

By attending, you’re helping ensure that free and low-cost counselling remains available
to individuals and families in Saint John, Fredericton, and virtually across the province.
