A 28 year old man is back in custody five weeks after being released for attacking a woman, according to the Telegraph-Journal.

Andrew Michael Douglas was arrested on the weekend for assaulting a woman Friday. He pleaded guilty yesterday afternoon and will be sentenced November 3rd. No details of Friday’s assault were given in court except that they dealt with a breach of a conditional sentence he received last month for attacking and groping a woman in February in the Sertvice Canada Parking Lot.
