The Crown will continue its arguments today at the Court of Appeal outlining why Dennis Oland’s murder conviction should stand.

There were a lot of questions about what is a lie, a deliberate lie or a fabrication concerning the jacket Oland was wearing the day he went to his father Richard’s office. Crown prosecutor Kathryn Gregory urged the justices to accept the way the trial judge instructed the jury.

Gregory will continue to make her arguments today and there’ll be rebuttal opportunities for the lawyers.
