Parks traffic way up

National and provincial parks are seeing a lot more visitors this summer.

Parks Canada told the Times and Transcript visitor traffic at Fundy National Park is up 20% while Kouchibouguac reported a 24% increase in June and 38% more in July over last year. Hopewell Rocks Provincial Park and Parlee Beach have also seen higher numbers of tourists.
