Another pot shop

Another medical marijuanna dispensary is getting ready to open less than a month after the first one.

HBB Medical Inc. will open its shop tomorrow on Chesley Drive in the old Acadian bus depot. It also has also opened locations in the past month in Fredericton and Moncton. HBB Medical co-owner Brock Merchant says they have more than 650 members in Fredericton and more than 120 in Moncton who are able to buy medical marijuana in various forms

Last week, Saint John Police issued a statement saying it considered the dispensaries illegal and was talking to prosecutors about the next steps.
