The jury had yesterday off at the Devin Morningstar trial in Moncton as the judge dealt with other court matters.

Thursday the jury watched the video of Morningstar’s inerrogation by police. In it he admits to stabbing Baylie Wylie three times in the neck…but mainly he would hold Baylie down while Tyler Noel and Marrissa Shepard stabbed him many times. Those two are due to stand trial next fall also on first degree murder and arson charges.
