Lobster business booming because of Beyonce?

The lobster business is booming…partially because of Beyonce apparently.

Fishermen are hauling in record catches. Prices are the highest they’ve been in over a decade because of the low loonie, growing demand from China and what they’re calling the Beyonce bouce.

Red Lobster reported its sales surged 33% on Super Bowl Sunday because of Beyonce’s song Formation, in which she mentions Red Lobster.
