CRTC looks at internet data caps

Canada’s broadcast regulator holds hearings this week on how the internet is delivered.

The CRTC is dealing with a complaint about a Quebec company over data billing. Videotron allows music streaming…but it doesn’t count towards a monthly data cap. The complaint says that discriminates against other music-streaming services.
