Lac-Megantic suit

A Judge in Quebec has added the conductor and owner of the train that derailed in Lac-Megantic as respondents in a class action lawsuit.

47 people died when the train derailed and caught fire. The three official defendants are Canadian Pacific Railway, the Montreal Maine and Atlantic Company and conductor Thomas harding. The lawyer who launched the suit, however, says their main target is CPR.
