Dennis Oland free on bail

After ten months in prison, Dennis Oland had no comment as he left the Fredericton courthouse yesterday, free on bail the day after his murder conviction was overturned and a new trial ordered.

His uncle, Moosehead Breweries executive chairman Derek Oland, says the family is very relieved. He put up $50,000 for the bail. Oland will be back in court in December when dates for a new trial will be set.
