Dennis Oland appeal

The next chapter in the Dennis Oland saga begins tomorrow.

His lawyers will be at the highest court in the province arguing before the Court of Appeal that his murder conviction was based on a house of cards of circumstantial evidence. They will argue the judge made multiple errors in his instructions to the jury and in admitting certain pieces of evidence.
