Accessory to murder sentence

A 19 year old Moncton man has been sentenced to 18 months in jail on accessory and dangerous driving counts in connection with the Baylie Wylie murder.

Zachary Holden pleaded guilty to helping Tyler Noel elude police after the death of Wylie in a Sumac Street fire last December.

Holden, Noel and another man broke into a cabin near Elgin and hid out there after Wylie’s murder. They were caught when the cabin’s owner arrived and they drove into his truck to get away.
