Irving Shipbuilding in court in Halifax

Irving Shipbuilding will be in court in Halifax today on Occupational Health Safety charges after an accident at the Halifax Shipyard in 2014.

The company has pled not guilty to charges after a worker was injured. The trial is expected to run two weeks then break and pick upo again at the end of the month.
