Jim Parrott passes away

Former PC MLA and doctor Jim Parrott has died.  The 74-year-old helped start the New Brunswick Heart Centre at Saint John Regional Hospital back in the 90s, and was elected to the legislature for Fundy-River Valley in 2010.
