Health officer on marijuanna
The province’s chief medical officer of health doesn’t want to see any marketing of marijuanna once it’s legalized.
Dr. Jennier Russell is one of three New Brunswickers on a federal committee which will come up with recommendations for the Trudeau Government. Dr. Russell told the Fredericton Daily Gleaner they have been looking at other jursidictions, like Colorado, where marijuanna has been legalized to see what happened there. One thing she doesn’t want to see is marketing and promotion…flashy ad campaigns to lure new users to the counter. She does think grass should be sold in stand alone shops.
