South end parking rules in effect Monday

If you live in the South End and don’t have your parking pass yet…or somewhere other than the street to put your car…time is running out.

The new parking rules go into effect Monday on the entire southern peninsula.  Anyone parking on the street for more than two hours risks getting a ticket.

Resident can buy a parking pass for $48 a year. Others have found a parking lot. The Saint John Parking Commission told the Telegraph-Journal  it will be somewhat lenient in easing people into the change…but they will be enforcing the new rules.
