Officer wounded at police shooting range

A Saint John police officer was taken to hospital after an incident at the police shooting range yesterday.

Police have released few details just saying it was the result of an accident firearms discharge and a 46 year old officer suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

Kennebecasis Valley Regional Police and WorksafeNB are investigating.
