SJ man found guilty of PEI accident that left man paralyzed

A Saint John driver has been found guilty of making an unsafe turn after an accident in PEI left a cyclist paralyzed.  Jordan Arsenault-Loeman was fined $100 for the August 1st collision in Charlottetown.  The victim is now in a wheelchair.
