Police Investigating Fires in Quispamsis School

Police are investigating after a pair of fires were set inside Kennebecasis Valley High School in Quispamsis on Friday. The Telegraph-Journal reports that fire alarms at the school went off shortly after 11am and firefighters discovered waste bins in two bathrooms had been set on fire. It’s believed the fires were deliberately set and police are now investigating. Over one thousand students had to be evacuated and the school was shut down for the remainder of the day.
