Practicing in Passamaquoddy

That wasn’t a shipping disaster that caused a lot of activity yesterday on Passamaquoddy Bay.

Several dozen people took part in a joint Canadian-American coast guard training exercise to enhance search and rescue skills, including survivors bobbing around in the water waiting to be rescued.
