Last Day for Prince Edward Square Liquor Store

The Prince Edward Square Liquor store will close its doors for good today. Staff at the NB Liquor Store will start removing inventory once doors close this evening and start restoring the building back to it’s original condition. The store is being replaced by a new outlet on Union Street but many area residents are upset as the new location, currently under construction, won’t be ready to open until sometime before Christmas.
