Standoff charges

A 59 year old west side man will be in court today for a bail hearing after a standoff Tuesday night in an apartment house on St. John Street West.

Donald Joseph Duguay is charged with uttering threats against some upstairs neighbours. They called police and when officers arrived ended up in a five hour standoff until Duguay was finally arrested early yesterday morning.
