Marijuana Woes

Saint John Police still don’t know how they are going to handle the new medical marijuanna dispensaries that are opening in the city.

Chioef John Bates told the Telegraph-Journal it’s unclear where Canadian marijuana laws are headed with the trudeau government promising to legalize marijuanna in the spring. Bates considers the dispensaries which have opened recently illegal. He says they’re consulting with other police in the province who are dealing with the same issue to make sure they’re all on the same page when it comes to enforcement.
