Conditional discharge for woman who fired gun off deck

A woman has been given a conditional discharge for firing gunshots in the air back in June.  24-year-old Ashley Stacey pleaded guilty to careless use of a firearm for shooting off the back deck of her Avery Lane home.  She surrendered the gun when it happened, and was given a 10-year ban on them as well as six months’ unsupervised probation.
