Moosehead wins trademark suit

Moosehead has won a trademark lawsuit against a New York brewery.

Adirondack Pub and Brewery now has to change the name of its Moose Wizz root beer.  Moosehead filed the infringement suit in March 2015, with the trial just wrapping up in favour of the Saint John brewery.
