Public hearing on proposed Rothesay condo complex to be held Sept. 14th

The public hearing for a proposed condo complex in Rothesay will be September 14th.  It’ll start at 7pm at Rothesay High School due to an especially large expected turnout.  The nine-building, 65-unit project would be built at Hillcrest Drive and Hampton Road.  The land would need rezoning from single-family to multi-unit residential.
