You Can Run, You Can Hide, But You Can’t Open Your Door With The Lights On
The only good thing I can think of when it comes to this cold weather is the fact it’s delaying the inevitable…. June bugs… I haven’t heard any outside my window yet.. Usually this time of year you’d at least get a couple smacking against your door or window… I got thinking, what good are they? What is the purpose of the June bug… So I did some research… They’re good food for chickens and other birds. But that’s about as far as their usefulness goes… The adult June bugs are good for scaring people witless when they smack into the window at night. They’re also excellent toys for children and pets, since they are slow, easy to catch, don’t bite, and make an amusing “crinkle” noise when they are squeezed, but That’s probably about it. From a June bugs own perspective, they are good for making more June bugs.
