The Most Monday Of All Mondayiest Mondays

The time change really messes with your internal clock and can cause of bunch of issues. It’s been linked to higher rates of obesity, depression, and diabetes. And yes, even being thrown off by one hour has an effect.
Today is the most Monday of all Mondayiest Mondays of the year. Which means we have to work extra hard to be in a good mood.
How do you work extra hard to be in a good mood?
– Hold the door open for someone
– Say Thank You at the drive thru… then pay it forward and buy a coffee for the person behind you
– Say something nice to someone, compliment their whatever, even if you don’t really care… their shoes, their tie, or choice of snack
– Smile at a stranger better yet Smile in general
There won’t be enough coffee to get through today, vitamin D might help, but hack your brain, do good things, and it will make the day much easier.
